How to effectively market a bilingual home health company?

I am the new marketer for a small home health care company that caters to the hispanic market. I am trying to think of ways to get the word out about us and get referrals. Also we have english professionals as well and how to get a few of those referrals as well. Please be serious and professional. Thank you.
