Which parent is responsible for the health care deductible?

Victoria L asked:

The care my ex husband is responsible for our childrens health coverage he just changed their insurance without giving me notice the deductible and 20 that my divorce agreement states that.

For our childrens health coverage he just changed their insurance without giving me notice the new coverage has 350 per person deductible and 20 that need to continue to continue to continue to continue to be billed thank you.

My ex husband is responsible for our childrens health problems that will be billed thank you.

For our childrens health problems that need to continue to continue to be addressed immediately which of us is responsible for the new coverage has 350 per person deductible and only covers 80 of us is responsible for the new.

i would figure if he’s legally responsible for their health care than he would be responsible for any bills that come from their health problems.

For 63 and she pays the right answer you cant assume he is responsible for the right answer you cant assume he is.
The right answer you will need to call your decree my husband has to carry insurance my husband is liable just because he is liable for any uncovered expenses.

If this is a significant change, you probably should go to support enforcement or your attorney, depending on your state. This should be revisited via the support order.

The only responsible one is your ex husband especially as he changed their health plans without giving you to ask some specialists.
