There might be all kinds of problems with socialized health care, or there might not be. Depends on how its set up.
I don’t support the current reform campaign because I expect the result will be a terrible plan, not because I think we don’t need reform.

The same problems with medicare, social security, our education system, our roads, the military, or anything else the government runs. Extreme inefficiency and soaring costs.
