Hon. I’m sorry you are suffering in this way. Can you afford to buy a gym ball they come indifferent sizes, depending on your height – I’m 164cm (about 5′3″) & use a 65 cm (just over 2ft round one)? I do gentle back stretches face down & then face up about 3 reps x 3 daily. If you use a PC it also helps to sit on the ball for about 1/2 hr this helps stabilise yr body’s “core”. IKWYM about back pain after a 4 car, motor bike & trailer wreck. You must treat yourself very carefully & gently. Didn’t your chiro offer a set of of photo-copied exercises to do? Mine did give me the exercises, I didn’t buy my gym ball from him it was too expensive. Using the gym ball has helped immensely, only pd AUD $10.00 you should be able to find something similar in a “cheapie” shop in the US. Good luck
