Can preventive medicine be primary and medical clinics aid our health care system?

This would cut down on minor health problems in the emergency rooms and clinics. For instance to say that education will help but it anyway when you crunch the impact on the healthcare system isnt that way we shouldnt have that cigaret after we already people who do more about some things especially immunizations but the mainstream.

What do you think the impact would be on our health if people ate healthy meals, exercised and didn’t smoke? It would be amazing. People don’t want to hear that, though. They want to abuse their bodies and then take a pill to make it all better.
