both groups have a 90% higher risk of serious and routine health problems and generally cuase a drain on any state or federaly funded health program, do you think if we eliminated these too groups from a universal health care program it might actaully work? ……unlike drug addicts and fat people..lol didnt mean to tie it together like that..lol
