Most major cities have a free clinic or some version of one. Why don’t you call social services and ask. It will be a long wait on the phone but will be worth it if you get some help.

You need better nutrition to stay healthy. It does cost some though. I can help if you would like. I am a wellness coach and help people lose weight, gain weight, gain energy, and live very healthy lives by teaching about nutrition.
